With the recent government updates surrounding Covid-19 coronavirus, and the advice that all indoor and outdoor gatherings of more than 500 people should be cancelled to help stop the spread of the virus, we have made the decision to end the MacFarlane Junior Touch season early, cancelling this week and next.
It has been a difficult decision for us to make, and we understand that this will be disappointing for many, however we feel it is important that we do what is in the interests of the health of all participants and their whānau.
We would like to take this time to say thank you for your amazing support. We are really happy with the way this season has run and that is in large part due to the players, coaches, and supporters, so thank you!
We have posted the results for the round robin games and have a small gift pack for those teams who were top of their pool at the end of Round 14. We will be in touch will those teams and let them know how they can collect these.
