Thursday Night Basketball - Year 5&6

Checkers Basketball Club organise the basketball league for Years 5 & 6 at Bishopdale YMCA during Terms 2 & 3 on Thursday. Teams will play one game per week, games are 15 minutes each way, and will start anytime between 3.30 pm - 7.30 pm. Before we can enter the teams we will run trials. these will be held on Tuesday 3 April.

The competition will run for 12 weeks, starting in Term 2, Thursday 10 May and running for 6 weeks. The competition will then break for 5 weeks and start again in Term 3, Thursday 26 July, and run for another 6 weeks.

The exact cost will be calculated when we have confirmed how many players we have, however it is usually no more than $30.00 per student per term.
